Discipline Managers
We would like to announce that Scott Brisbin has become our Design Manager, and Troy Sumner has become our Survey Manager.
Scott is a Chartered Professional Engineer with over 17 years’ experience in providing civil engineering design, project management and design management for a diverse range of infrastructure projects. In his role as Design Manager, Scott is responsible for supervising the design team, co-ordinating projects, tendering for projects and providing technical advice during the planning and design phases of varied civil projects.
Previously the Survey Manager at Pulver Cooper & Blackley, Troy is a Registered Surveyor with over nine years of experience. In his role as Survey Manager, Troy is responsible for mentoring and leading the survey team, coordinating projects, and providing expert technical advice.
Leaders in Engineering
Glenn Jameson (Senior Associate and Principal Engineer), David England (Senior Civil Engineer, Registered Surveyor and LEC Expert Witness), Anthony Scott (Associate, Hunter Manager, Senior Designer and Project Manager) and Chris Borg (Associate, South East Queensland Manager and Registered Certifier) form an integral part of our engineering leadership team.
Glenn is a Senior Associate at Barker Ryan Stewart and has been leading our design team since the beginning. In his role as Principal Engineer, Glenn is responsible for looking after our major clients, providing technical advice and managing, checking and authorising the design work during the planning and design phases of subdivision and varied civil engineering projects.
Formerly the Director of Pulver Cooper & Blackley, David is a Senior Engineer and Registered Surveyor with over 35 years’ experience in the civil construction industry. David also has extensive experience acting as an Expert Witness in the Land and Environment Court representing local councils and developers on contested matters.
Anthony is our Hunter Manager and has been an integral part of our infrastructure tendering team acting as Design Manager and being responsible for the delivery of numerous council infrastructure projects. Anthony also has extensive experience designing, project managing and project verifying several TfNSW infrastructure projects.
Chris is our South East Queensland Manager and is responsible for managing all of our South East Queensland and Northern NSW subdivision and infrastructure projects. Chris also co-ordinates and manages our tendering team across all disciplines. Chris has a background in development engineering for councils and is a Registered Certifier (subdivisions).
