Our founding director’s vision was simple, they believed there was a better way of doing business in the consulting industry. They wanted to create a company culture with a secure and supportive work environment to provide our team with the opportunities to thrive both within the workplace and within their own personal and professional development.
As a result, we have undergone significant growth and expansion and now have office locations in Sydney, Central Coast, Hunter, Coffs Harbour, Northern Rivers, and South-East Queensland. Our service offering has also increased from civil engineering, town planning, and subdivision and strata certification, to now include TfNSW project verification, traffic engineering and transport planning, and surveying. Our client base is ever-expanding, with Barker Ryan Stewart servicing all levels of government, NGOs, and a wide array of private organisations.
In recognition that our people are our strongest asset, we have appointed new Directors and established Senior Associate and Associate pathways to ensure our people are at the forefront of our growth. We have also established an independently managed Employee Share Ownership Plan (ESOP) to reward our team with equity ownership, and benefit our clients by providing a long-term sustainable business model with a highly engaged and motivated team.
Our Historic Timeline
Our team has been strengthened with the amalgamation of Pulver Cooper & Blackley (PCB) and Northern Rivers Land Solutions (NRLS) which have further increased the capacity and capabilities of our combined team. Our multidisciplinary and collaborative approach has allowed us to consistently deliver better outcomes for our clients, our communities, and our environment.
Our goal over the next ten years is to continually grow as an innovative company by making small, incremental improvements on a consistent basis. We are aiming to diversify into other service disciplines and establish new office locations to help best serve our clients throughout Australia.
