Why we introduced an Employee Share Ownership Plan

The introduction of an Employee Share Ownership Plan (ESOP) closely aligns with our company culture by putting our people first and providing them with the opportunity to benefit from the growth and success of Barker Ryan Stewart.

With assistance from Succession Plus, the newly implemented Employee Share Ownership Plan not only rewards our employees for their collective effort, but research has shown that employee-owned companies help to bind colleagues together alongside supporting innovation, enterprise, and commitment. 

By aligning employee and management goals and aspirations, Employee Share Ownership Plans can help improve the quality of service provided to our customers through a well-rewarded and motivated team that are encouraged to think and act like business owners.
