The Hills Shire Council in conjunction with the NSW government has nominated three urban activation areas along the $8.3 billion North West Rail Link. The precincts are identified for Bella Vista Station, Showground Station and Kellyville Station. The precincts together could support up to 19,000 jobs and 12,000 homes. More ….
