Troy has over 10 years’ experience in the surveying profession, working as a Registered Land Surveyor since 2013.
As a Registered Surveyor, Troy has extensive experience in all forms of surveying. This includes cadastral land surveys for both urban and rural developments and large multi-stage residential subdivisions.
Troy has diverse experience in detail, construction, engineering, identification, boundary and strata surveys. He is also experienced in providing advice and the preparation of easements, positive covenants and restrictions for draft 88B Instruments and Land Dealing Forms.
Troy regularly liaises with the NSW Land Registry Services and is involved in complex issues relating to dealings, titles and easements. He also has experience in preparing Survey Reports for matters in the District Court.
In his role as Survey Manager, Troy is responsible for mentoring and leading the survey team, coordinating projects, and providing expert technical advice.
Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf, tennis, running, walking, and catching up with family and friends.
