Our Management Team

Nick is a Project Manager and Civil Engineer with extensive experience working on a wide range of residential subdivision, industrial, and road infrastructure projects.

Nick is experienced in site, environmental, subcontractor, stakeholder, and project risk management. He has experience in design and construction management to deliver effective project solutions, as well as liaising with consultants and authorities to obtain statutory and authority approvals within required timeframes.

Nick regularly works closely with Council Authorities from Sydney to Newcastle/Hunter to obtain Subdivision Works Certificates and S138 Roads Act Approvals, TfNSW, Sydney Water, Energy Authorities, Telstra, NBN Co., and Gas. He has a thorough understanding of complex construction methodologies and is experienced in Contract formation and administration under AS4000/AS4950 contracts as the role of superintendent.

Nick has extensive experience assessing Subdivision Works Certificate and Compliance Certificate applications and conducting compliance inspections under the EP&A Act.

He is also experienced working on TfNSW infrastructure road upgrade projects involving live traffic staging, pavement upgrades, underground services, traffic signaling works and contamination remediation / removal. He is familiar with various TfNSW specifications and QA practices.

In his role as PM Manager, Nick is responsible for leading the project management team, coordinating projects, and providing expert technical advice.

Outside of work, Nick provides leadership to his mates in catching the most fish on a given weekend. Nick is experienced in cooking a barbeque while camping, and liaising with fellow peers about the next 4WD trail to tackle. He has excellent time management in completing parkrun events with his fiancée on weekends and taking their dog to the beach for a game of catch.
