Barker Ryan Stewart was engaged to provide surveying services for a proposed 11-lot rural residential subdivision over two stages.
Barker Ryan Stewart was initially involved in preparing the 3D surface model. This included some ground survey validating available public 3D lidar data. To assist our inhouse engineers with the preliminary engineering design, we will be undertaking a detail survey of the proposed intersection of an internal access road with Wine Country Drive. This will also include the location of underground services.
