Barker Ryan Stewart was engaged to provide traffic engineering and town planning services associated with obtaining development consent for the exciting Waterside development.
Located in the Gosford City Centre, the Waterside development will comprise of three high rise residential and commercial towers. The development will include the construction of 500-residential apartments, an 80-room hotel, and an entertainment and retail precinct.
