Approximately 398 apartments will span over three private buildings connected by laneways and busy restaurants. Barker Ryan Stewart has been engaged by Deicorp to provide traffic engineering and transport services, that included a Chapel Street, Rockdale precinct plan and representation at an S34 Conference that resulted in approval for the project.
