Taylors Rise, Bellingen

Project Management

Taylors Rise is a 42-lot subdivision set just outside the heart of Bellingen, NSW, bordering the lazy curves of Frenchmans Creek. The lots consist of 600 sqm – 1500 sqm sized land parcels that have been released and are now selling.

Barker Ryan Stewart was involved with this project from start to finish, from before DA approval in 2021 to the final registration in 2023. The scope of work included our survey, design, and project management teams:

  • Project Management and Design – Including DA plans, subdivision work approvals, water and sewer, and landscaping plans.
  • Flood Impact Assessment – Investigation and study of rainfall and flood levels to support the DA application.
  • Stage 1 & 2 survey – Involving a high-level documentation review and cost estimate.
  • Sales plans – Involving updating the Draft Deposit Plan of Subdivision to amend the boundaries of certain lots.
  • Sewer upgrade design – Including engineering designs for council review and for construction.
  • Project Management and Site Superintendency – Managing the results and compliance to project specifications.
  • Survey – Section 88B Instrument and Land Registry Services lodgement.

It is always an incredible event to manage a large project through several years and to completion. To discuss your project, get in touch with our designers here.
