Barker Ryan Stewart has been engaged by Tamworth Regional Council for the provision of detailed design services required for Stage 5 of the Tamworth Global Gateway Park in Westdale.
Developed by Tamworth Regional Council, the Tamworth Global Gateway Park is a master-planned enterprise park and logistics hub situated on a 250-hectare site. The enterprise park will provide a range of industrial, commercial, logistic, and business development opportunities to help boost Tamworth’s growth as a regional centre.
The purpose-built Tamworth Intermodal Freight Facility will also be located within the enterprise park and adjacent to the rail corridor, providing an important connection between rail and road freight.
To date, there has been an investment of $24 million for major infrastructure projects associated with the development, including the Intermodal Access Road, and the Goddard Lane and Trunk Stormwater Drainage upgrade.
We are currently providing detailed design services for the Business Park Ring Road, cycleway, roundabout, stormwater, and water and sewer main infrastructure required for Stage 5 of this significant development.
