Telecommunications Survey, Outback NSW

BRS delivered specialised cadastral survey services to support telecommunications lease registrations across regional NSW. Our team undertook detailed investigations to accurately define lease areas, including title searches, on-site surveys, and preparation of Deposited Plans of Survey Information (DPoSI).

Works included the survey and location of telecommunications infrastructure and associated access tracks, as well as connection to existing property boundaries through establishment of survey reference marks in accordance with the Registrar-General’s Directions. BRS prepared and certified Plans of Survey Information Only for lease purposes, together with all required documentation for seamless electronic lodgement and registration with NSW Land Registry Services.
