Surveying Across NSW

Barker Ryan Stewart (BRS) undertook surveying services on behalf of a large client for the preparation of updating lease agreements with various landowners. The surveys included the location of relevant existing infrastructure at 11 sites across NSW.

Given the geographical location of the infrastructure and their positioning within parts of the cadastre, some lease surveys proved complex due to accessibility, age of deposited/crown plans, as well as bushfires and flooding events that have either damaged or removed survey marks or beneficial landmarks.

Even with these challenges, BRS was able to rely on previous Surveyors quality plans produced over the last 100 years, as well as enjoy some amazing and beautiful parts of NSW.

BRS surveying services included cadastral searches, site surveys, preparation of a Plan of Survey Information Only for Lease Purposes, and lodgement with LRS.
