Barker Ryan Stewart was engaged by Lifen Pty Ltd to provide development application and construction certificate design documentation, water quality modelling, and a traffic impact assessment for the approval of ‘Saratoga Rise’. The 164-lot residential subdivision is located at the northwestern corner of the Box Hill release area, forming part of the greater North West Growth Centre.
Saratoga Rise is positioned in one of Box Hill’s highest locations, offering residents convenient amenities and a close location to proposed schools, shops, public transport, and reserves.
The project also included the CC design for the half road construction and road widening upgrade of Old Pitt Town Road, to cater for an existing bus stop. Works are currently being finalised on the internal lots, and the Old Pitt Town Road upgrade is presently under construction.
