Barker Ryan Stewart was engaged by the City of Parramatta Council for town planning services associated with a mixed-use development on land fronting Parramatta River.
The development includes 774 residential apartments with ground-floor retail facilities. Some of the critical issues of the site included site remediation, flooding impacts and scenic quality.
