Situated in the rolling farmlands of Sydney’s South West, Oxley Ridge is a masterplanned community offering residents both wide-open spaces and essential urban conveniences.

Barker Ryan Stewart have been engaged by BHL Group for the provision of subdivision certification services, including the provision of Subdivision Works Certificates for several stages of the development.

Throughout this process, Barker Ryan Stewart will be ensuring that the consent conditions, Council’s Design Guidelines and Works Specifications are met in the design plans, ensuring a quality and compliant product is provided to the future community.
