Oakdale South

Oakdale South is a leading industrial precinct, located in the logistics hub of Kemps Creek and Eastern Creek.

The 34-hectare industrial development forms part of Goodman’s larger Oakdale Industrial Estate and is conveniently accessible via the M4 and M7 motorways.

The estate includes warehouse facilities for Toyota, Costco, Iron Mountain, Sigma Pharmaceuticals, B dynamic, and Nolan’s Transport. The estate is serviced with over two kilometres of new road, multiple OSD and bioretention systems, and a creek realignment.

Barker Ryan Stewart was engaged by Goodman as the Principal Certifying Authority (PCA) for the subdivision and for independent certification services for the Costco development.
