Aureus, Skennars Head
Located in picturesque Skennars Head, Aureus is a new master-planned beachfront village providing residents with the perfect balance between relaxed seaside living and coastal luxury.
The development will include the subdivision of approximately 229 residential lots over several stages. At the heart of the neighbourhood will be a Village Centre, featuring a range of dining and shopping facilities.
Given its prime coastal location, 30 per cent of the land at Aureus will be retained as natural parks and reserves. This will include a 4.5-hectare beachfront parkland, a modern playground including a public art installation, and a large open lawn area with ample amenities such as barbeques and picnic shelters for the community to make the most of the location.
Barker Ryan Stewart has been engaged by Intrapac to carry out a number of certification works for the project including a third-party review of Stages 1A and 1B Subdivision Certificate applications and Works Compliance Certification for Stages 1C and beyond.
Sawtell Commons, Bonville
Situated in a unique location that is almost completely surrounded by a National Park, Sawtell Commons is a master-planned residential community enriched with natural features.
The development will include the subdivision of approximately 222 residential lots over several stages. The community will also offer wide open parklands with barbeque facilities, a playground, community garden, and planned pathways and cycleways with direct access to the Bongil Bongil National Park.
It is conveniently located in close proximity to nearby facilities including Coffs Central shopping centre, local schools, Coffs Regional Hospital and Coffs Harbour Airport.
Barker Ryan Stewart has been engaged for the provision of Subdivision Works Certificates associated with the bulk earthworks and civil stages of the subdivision over various stages.
Banyan Hill, Ballina
With elevated views of rolling hills and natural waterways, Banyan Hill is a master-planned residential neighbourhood that will feature a mix of dwelling types and lot sizes alongside quality open space.
The development will include the subdivision of approximately 615 residential lots over several stages.
With its communal and environmental focus, Banyan Hill will offer residents a variety of amenities including a community centre, community gardens, playgrounds and barbeque facilities, which will be connected by walking and cycling paths.
Barker Ryan Stewart has been engaged by Intrapac for the provision of Works Compliance Certification associated with Stages 4, 5 and 6 of the development.
Crest, Lennox Head
Crest resides on one of the last remaining large vacant lots in the beachside town of Lennox Head.
With easy access to both Ballina and Byron Bay this development includes a 99-lot residential subdivision in the first stage, with residue lots for potential future development.
The site includes generously sized lots positioned amongst rolling hills, protected ecological communities and a natural wetland.
