Barker Ryan Stewart was engaged for the project co-ordination and management of the approval process for a retirement village comprising independent living units and a community centre.
Given the proposed development is located on rural land adjoining residential, the application required a Site Compatibility Certificate from the Department of Planning prior to lodging a DA with Lake Macquarie Council.
