Pulver Cooper & Blackley were engaged by Hunter Water Corporation for the provision of town planning, engineering and surveying services for the Sewer Lead-In works for this residential development. These works will ultimately service 1,435 residential lots across four separate subdivisions within the Lochinvar Urban Release Area. Pulver Cooper & Blackley provided a Review of Environmental Factors, sewer lead in plans and sewer layout plans.
