Lighthouse is a new mixed-use development establishing itself as an architectural landmark in the heart of Dee Why.

This impressive development consists of four buildings and two towers rising 17 storeys high, comprising a total of 351 one, two and three-bedroom apartments. It also features a large retail and commercial precinct, including a Woolworths supermarket and other speciality stores, numerous restaurants and eateries, and a childcare facility.

The new town centre hub has many retail and commercial spaces, including an open planned space with landscaped gardens, artwork, seating and an entertainment stage for residents and surrounding locals.

Lighthouse offers residents uninterrupted panoramic views of the surrounding ocean, beach, and lagoon. It is ideally located just a short walk to Dee Why Beach and is also surrounded by the stunning Curl Curl, Collaroy, Freshwater, and Manly beaches.
