Huntlee is the first new town to be built in the Hunter region in over 50 years, and once completed will become a town similar in size to Singleton. The masterplanned community comprises of four villages surrounding a 200ha town centre, to create a connected and thriving community.

Barker Ryan Stewart was engaged by Huntlee Pty Ltd as the Principal Certifier for the subdivision works, and as the TfNSW Project Verifier for the entry road.
