Huntlee is an exciting new town located in the heart of the Hunter Valley Wine Country. It is the first new town to be built in the Hunter region within the past 50-years, and the end result will be a town close to the size of Singleton.
The project plan will initially create up to 5,700 residential dwellings in four distinctive villages, with planned room for population growth. It will also include a 200-hectare mixed-use town centre and downtown district with up to 1,700 downtown dwellings. This will also cater for a range of retail and commercial precincts, recreational lake, sporting oval, and primary and secondary education facilities.
Barker Ryan Stewart was engaged by Huntlee Pty Ltd as the Principal Certifying Authority (PCA) for the subdivision works, and for RMS verification services for the entry road.
This includes the provision of:
- Construction Certificates (now Subdivision Works Certificates)
- Compliance Certificates
- Site inspections
- Subdivision Certificates
- Construction works verification
- Design verification
- RMS Monthly Progress Reports and Construction Certificates
- Final Verification Certificate
