Barker Ryan Stewart was engaged to provide strategic town planning services to help assist with the land rezoning for the proposed Gwandalan Town Centre.
Located on the shores of Lake Macquarie, the established suburb of Gwandalan does not have a local shopping centre or community facilities to serve the daily needs of its residents. The land will be rezoned from an industrial zoning to an appropriate business and residential zoning to facilitate a future town centre development. The future development will include a mix of retail and community facilities along with approximately 60 townhouses.
