Barker Ryan Stewart was engaged by Deicorp for the provision of civil and traffic engineering and transport planning services to assist with obtaining development consent for a proposed residential apartment.
The development comprises of 416 apartments within five seven-level buildings, and the retention of a heritage building.
Barker Ryan Stewart’s Traffic and Parking Impact Assessment Report assisted in the successful development consent determination from Ryde City Council. Our Domain Infrastructure Design was also successful in having a section 138 approval issued by Ryde City Council.
