Bungarribee Industrial Estate is a new industrial development in Western Sydney offering functional warehouse spaces and logistic opportunities.
The 56-hectare site is located in Eastern Creek and is conveniently situated near the M4 Western Motorway and Westlink M7. The development consisted of 6 large industrial lots ranging in size from 30,000 square metres to 187,900 square metres.
Goodman Property Services obtained approval for the construction, subdivision, fit out and operation of the warehouse and distribution centre, comprising three warehouse buildings and ancillary office building under the former Part 3A Major Projects approval system.
Barker Ryan Stewart was engaged by Goodman Property Services as the Principal Certifying Authority for the subdivision component of the development.
This included the provision of:
- Construction Certificates (now Subdivision Works Certificates)
- Compliance Certificates
- Site inspections
- Subdivision Certificates
