Bringelly Road Business Hub is an exciting new master-planned industrial estate development located in Sydney’s south-west.
The estate is situated on a 17-hectare site within the Western Sydney Parklands, between the Moorebank Intermodal Terminal and the Western Sydney Airport in Badgerys Creek.
Development approval has been granted for up to 100,000 sqm of light industrial facilities, an eight-lot industrial subdivision and the commencement of early works. The concept approval of the site allows for flexible uses and layouts for future tenants, with flexible tenancies ranging from 5,000 to 30,000 sqm.
The estate is already home to CEA and Steelforce, and construction approval for a Bunnings Warehouse has been granted through the NSW Government’s Planning System Acceleration Program.
Given its prime location, the estate also offers excellent connectivity to major arterial roads including the M5/M7 interchange. It is also closely located to a large neighbourhood retail centre, a variety of cafes and restaurants and various public transport facilities.
Barker Ryan Stewart was engaged by CIProperty as the Principal Certifier (formerly Principal Certifying Authority) for the internal subdivision works. To facilitate the subdivision and provide the necessary infrastructure to the proposed Lots, CIP needed to upgrade the existing Skyline Cres and its intersection with Bringelly Road. As a result, BRS have been involved in the following certification works throughout the project:
- The assessment and issue of the multiple Subdivision Works Certificate Applications for bulk earthworks and civil infrastructure construction.
- The compliance inspections, review of the contractors QA documentation and compliance certification for the construction of the roads, drainage and other ancillary infrastructure required to complete the development.
- The assessment of the final subdivision certificate application and legal documentation prior to lodgement with NSW Land Registry Services.
