Barker Ryan Stewart was engaged by the Tricon Group for town planning services to assist with obtaining development consent for an adaptive re-use of an existing hardware store and dwelling, to a supermarket, child-care centre, and café/restaurant.

Located on a tight site in the popular Annandale retail strip, we were able to successfully negotiate development consent for optimal use of the land.
