Barker Ryan Stewart was engaged for the provision of traffic engineering and planning services associated with obtaining development consent for the Bonython Tower development.
Located in the heart of Gosford, Bonython Tower is a 14-storey mixed-use development comprising of 1,200 square metres of commercial space, 56 boutique apartments, two luxury penthouses and the region’s largest event and dining venue.
Barker Ryan Stewart provided traffic engineering services to help negotiate suitable access and parking arrangements for Bonython Tower. This approach included the provision of vertical stack parking arrangements and the inclusion of a share vehicle for exclusive use of the residents.
We also provided development feasibility services including analysing construction costs and estimating property sales to assist the John Singleton Group with determining the viability of the project.
