Barker Ryan Stewart provided town planning services to assist with obtaining development consent for a Bondi Junction affordable housing project. Barker Ryan Stewart worked closely with Tricon Group and Nordon Jago Architects to obtain approval for the development.
The proposal was approved by the Sydney Central Planning Panel for alterations and additions to an existing heritage listed building. This included the demolition of buildings, construction of a three-storey residential flat building, and basement car parking to create a total of 16 affordable rental units.
