Barker Ryan Stewart was engaged for the provision of TfNSW project verification services associated with the newly constructed Bennetts Green retail precinct in Lake Macquarie.
Ideally located off the Pacific Highway, this $85 million large mixed-use retail development is situated on an existing 85,000m² greenfield site. The development includes a Bunnings, Spotlight, Anaconda, two fast food outlets, and a service station.
Bennetts Green is the largest retail development in Lake Macquarie’s recent history and will provide great economic and social benefits for the local community by creating new jobs and retail opportunities.
We acted as the TfNSW Project Verifier for the development and oversaw the development of the design package, preconstruction documentation and management plans, construction of the works and surveillance of the maintenance period.
