Strata and Subdivision Certification

Surrounded by nature and offering panoramic coastal and hinterland views, Banyan Hill is a master-planned residential neighbourhood with a strong communal and environmental focus.

Situated on a large 221-hectare site, the estate will include the subdivision of approximately 750 lots ranging up to 1,700m2 in size, over several stages.

Banyan Hill’s environmental focus has already been recognised, with the estate achieving certification in all six elements of the EnviroDevelopment accreditation system, setting a new standard in sustainable community living.

To date Barker Ryan Stewart has provided Intrapac certification services associated with the Works Compliance Certification associated with Stage 4 as well as the Subdivision Works Certificate for Stage 5 of the development.
