Founded by Tony Hart in 2012, Northern Rivers Land Solutions (NRLS) provides surveying, town planning, consulting, and project management services for a wide range of developments in the Northern Rivers Region.
Unfortunately, the timing of our amalgamation has coincided with the devastating floods which severely impacted the Northern Rivers community. The NRLS team is back up and running and we are working closely together to support the team and the local community as they start to recover and rebuild. We are exceptionally proud of the resilience shown by the NRLS team and we will continue to work diligently to maintain high levels of service to our clients during these challenging times.
Our CEO Andrea McDonald said, “We are extremely pleased to announce NRLS’ amalgamation with Barker Ryan Stewart. With an established presence in Ballina, NRLS will continue to provide its Northern Rivers clients with expert local advice but will now have the support of Barker Ryan Stewart for additional resources and capabilities.”
“The combined group will have approximately 70 staff across the fields of infrastructure and civil engineering, surveying, town planning, traffic and transportation, TfNSW project verification, and subdivision and strata certification. We look forward to making a positive contribution to the Northern Rivers community and continuing to provide professional and friendly consulting services to both the private and public sectors.”
Tony Hart will continue with Barker Ryan Stewart in a similar capacity to his current role with NRLS and said, “The two companies have similar cultures and it’s clear that our combined strengths will enable us to maintain and improve our consulting services. The amalgamation, alongside our existing office locations in Sydney, Central Coast, the Hunter, Coffs Harbour, and South East Queensland, strengthens our ability to service our clients along the East Coast.
For the remainder of this financial year Northern Rivers Land Solutions will continue to operate under their existing branding, however both the BRS and NRLS teams will work collaboratively together to successfully deliver your projects and create better outcomes for our communities.
