The BRS Graduate Program provides graduates with an exciting introduction into their career through exposure to all facets of a multi-disciplinary consultancy within the property and infrastructure industry.
Our CEO and Director Andrea McDonald said, “We are excited to launch our Graduate Program to help support graduates as they begin to embark on their careers within the industry,”
“The program will give graduates access to a variety of learning opportunities across a range of projects and teams to help them thrive and grow in a collaborative and flexible working environment.”
How the Program Supports Graduates
During the program, graduates will develop upon the concepts and learnings from university through a mix of informal and structured training, mentoring, networking, events and most importantly, by working on real projects for clients.
The program is based out of each of our office locations and runs for a period of six months, in an area of expertise within the company including:
- Civil engineering and certification
- Town planning
- Traffic and transport engineering
- Surveying
The program will provide each graduate with invaluable hands-on experience, knowledge and understanding into their future career.
In addition to the technical learning, experience, and exposure gathered throughout the program, graduates will develop an extensive network of peers, mentors, friends, and industry contacts which they can continue to draw upon in their future career.
