Following on from Andrea’s recent appointment of Director, this promotion is a direct reflection of Andrea’s significant contribution to the success of Barker Ryan Stewart and dedication to our future growth.
Andrea is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years’ experience in financial accounting and management. She first started with Barker Ryan Stewart in 2010 and has been involved with the growth and success of the company as it has evolved from a small to medium-sized property and infrastructure consultancy.
Of her appointment, Andrea said, “Being appointed as CEO of BRS is an honour and one that is reflective of the opportunities that BRS offers for progression.”

Andrea is looking forward to working closely with the Board of Directors to ensure the overall vision and strategic direction of Barker Ryan Stewart is successful. She will also be working with the Discipline Leaders and Office Managers to ensure all aspects of the company’s operations are performed efficiently and effectively.

As CEO, Andrea is responsible for proactively leading the Barker Ryan Stewart team and managing the overall operations of the company through the development, delivery and continual refinement of effective business strategies and actions.
Andrea provides a high level of strategic business advice to the team and helps foster a culture of excellence by developing a skilled, motivated and engaged team. She helps build and maintain a sustainable positive working environment and culture across the company, through team engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
