Barker Ryan Stewart’s own Garry Ryan has been elected as a board member of the Association of Accredited Certifiers in August 2015. Garry is a founding Director at Barker Ryan Stewart and has over 18 years’ experience as a subdivision certifier and in the civil engineering field working with design, construction, project management and certification over a range of residential, commercial and industrial development projects.

As an accredited certifier Garry ensures he stays up to date with all current changes within the industry and is constantly undertaking professional development so he can provide an outstanding service for all our clients. As Garry has attained accreditation as a Principal Certifier – Subdivision and Accredited Certifier (Civil) under the Building Professional’s Board accreditation scheme for the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act, he can issue strata, complying development, subdivision, construction and compliance Part4A certificates.

Garry’s experience, approachable manner and professional attitude over the years have gained him an excellent reputation within the engineering industry as an accredited certifier who you can rely on and trust, to deliver an exceptional service for any of your certifying needs.
