Bonython Tower
Bonython Tower by Bonython Property and CKDS Architecture was a Mixed-Use Development finalist.
Located in the heart of Gosford, Bonython Tower is a 14-storey mixed-use development comprising of 1,200 square metres of commercial space, 56 boutique apartments, two luxury penthouses and the region’s largest event and dining venue.
Barker Ryan Stewart provided traffic engineering and planning services associated with obtaining development consent for the Bonython Tower development.
Our traffic engineering services were utilised to help negotiate suitable access and parking arrangements for the development. We also provided development feasibility services including analysing construction costs and estimating property sales to assist with determining the viability of the project.
South Village, Kirrawee
South Village by Deicorp was a Mixed-Use Development finalist.
Located in Sydney’s Sutherland Shire, South Village offers a vibrant, integrated community. The development comprises of 750 residential units across 7 buildings, a 36-outlet shopping centre, dining precinct, and a 9,000 square metre public park.
South Village is recognised for achieving exceptional urban design outcomes and providing residents with unparalleled proximity to the area’s best commercial and retail precincts.
Barker Ryan Stewart provided TfNSW (formerly RMS) project verification services associated with the construction of the Princes Highway turn and slip lanes, the widening of Oak Road, and the new Oak Road and Flora Street intersection.
Wentworth Point Marinas
Wentworth Point Marinas by Billbergia was a Mixed-Use Development and Masterplanned Communities finalist.
The waterfront village development is located in Homebush Bay, along the banks of the Parramatta River. It is an industry-leading example of the successful transformation of a former industrial area into a vibrant residential community.
The development consists of 765 residential apartments across 7 buildings, the Marina Square retail precinct, community centre, and library facilities. The retail precinct includes a Coles Supermarket, bakeries, baristas, bars, and other specialty stores.
Barker Ryan Stewart provided TfNSW project verification services associated with the construction of a bus access road to the precinct.
Eastern Creek Quarter
Eastern Creek Quarter (ECQ) by Frasers Property was a Retail Development finalist.
ECQ is a new retail, lifestyle and entertainment precinct located in a rapidly growing and changing Western Sydney.
Situated on a 15–hectare site within the Western Sydney Parklands, ECQ is a super-neighbourhood centre anchored by a 3,800 sqm Woolworths supermarket and 43 additional specialty retail stores.
Barker Ryan Stewart was engaged as the Principal Certifier for the internal subdivision works, and as the TfNSW Project Verifier for the related intersection works on Rooty Hill Road South.
