Barker Ryan Stewart was engaged for the provision of traffic engineering services associated with the Peninsula Retirement Village development.
The development includes a number of one and two-bedroom independent living apartments, surrounded by well landscaped gardens. Peninsula Village also offers residents access to a variety of facilities including; an indoor bowling green, heated swimming pool, and well-functioned teahouse.
Our role included advice on the rationalisation of car parking across the site, access and traffic arrangements, provision for service / delivery vehicles and pedestrian movement and safety.
