Tramsheds is a lively culinary hub located on the former Rozelle Tramway Depot, just three kilometres from the Sydney CBD.
Originally established in 1904, Mirvac transformed this iconic architectural spot into a thriving communal hub of food vendors, retail outlets, living spaces, and area for artisans and educators. Tramsheds is now a popular destination for the entire community, offering innovative facilities for foodies, retail seekers, and art lovers alike.
The redevelopment included the restoration of the exterior depot and upgrade of the interior to a retail precinct. The development also consists of 12 residential towers, ample basement parking, and open space precincts including a main park and pocket parks between the towers.
Barker Ryan Stewart was engaged by Mirvac for the provision of subdivision certification services for the construction of the tram shed access and car park, as well as the earthworks, and the road and drainage construction surrounding the residential towers.
