Barker Ryan Stewart was engaged by Mirvac for the provision of civil engineering design services associated with various stages of their multi-award-winning Newbury Estate development.
Newbury Estate is a 156 hectare masterplanned community estate located in North West Sydney. The Estate comprises of dwellings in seven separate Community Title subdivisions each having their own Community Facility comprising a clubhouse, tennis court, pool, spa and BBQ. It also incorporates outstanding recreational, community, design and lifestyle features. This includes three proposed schools, sporting and recreational fields, and a local retail precinct.
