The Banks is set to be Rockdale’s newest culinary and multicultural hub, providing residents with luxury, yet comfortable one, two and three bedroom apartments. Approximately 398 apartments will span over three private buildings connected by laneways and busy restaurants. Barker Ryan Stewart has been engaged by Deicorp to provide traffic engineering and transport services, that included a Chapel Street, Rockdale precinct plan and representation at an S34 Conference that resulted in approval for the project.
