A standout initiative is our annual BRS Days – additional five days of paid leave providing our team space to recharge beyond their standard entitlements. This year marks our third year running this program, and we’ve seen the results firsthand in the quality of our team’s work and high client satisfaction.

One of the most anticipated highlights each year is our Annual Conference, where the entire team – from Sydney to the Gold Coast – comes together in person. Last year’s event in Sydney Harbour included inspiring professional development sessions, engaging guest speakers, and a memorable dinner cruise.
