Light Horse Logistics Hub is an industrial and logistics development by Charter Hall, spanning 170,000 sqm of gross lettable area, adjacent to the Light Horse interchange in Eastern Creek. The position of the industrial hub allows for easy access to the M7, M4, and Great Western Highway, and is an ideal location to centre logistics and transport businesses.
The space was identified in 2010 by Western Sydney Parklands Trust for future general industrial, light industrial, warehouse and distribution centres, and ancillary office land uses. Once developed, it is anticipated that the hubs will generate about 8,800 jobs in Western Sydney.
Charter Hall gained the right to the development in 2021 and the project is currently under construction. The last lots of available space to rent, totalling 19, 900sqm, will be released in early 2025.
