Harold Park
Harold Park by Mirvac was a Medium-Density Development, Excellence in Mixed-Use Development, and Excellence in Urban Renewal / Adaptive Reuse finalist.
Closely located to the Sydney CBD, Harold Park offers 1,300 new residences located in buildings ranging from three to eight stories. It also includes the redevelopment of the historic Rozelle Tramway Depot into a thriving communal hub known as Tramsheds, which offers a variety of food vendors, retail outlets, living spaces, and area for artisans and educators.
Barker Ryan Stewart provided private certification services associated with the subdivision works and Tramsheds development.
Central Park
Central Park by Frasers Property Australia and Sekisui House Australia was a Masterplanned Communities and Excellence in Sustainability and Environmental Technology finalist.
Central Park is an exciting urban village located in Chippendale. With a focus on sustainability and eco-friendly designs, the development includes both residential apartments and a retail precinct.
Barker Ryan Stewart provided subdivision certification services associated with the internal road, drainage, and park infrastructure construction.
Marina Square
Marina Square by Billbergia was an Excellence in High-Density Development (Part of a Masterplan) and Excellence in Mixed-Use Development finalist.
The waterfront village development is located in Homebush Bay, along the banks of the Parramatta River. It is helping to transform the former industrial area into a vibrant residential community.
The $900 million development consists of 1,149 apartments in the ZEN, Sirius Tower, and Sirius Waterfront buildings. It also includes the Marina Square retail precinct, community centre, and library. The retail precinct includes a Coles Supermarket, bakeries, baristas, bars, and other specialty stores.
Barker Ryan Stewart provided RMS verification services associated with the construction of a bus access road to the precinct.
Lighthouse, Dee Why
Lighthouse by Meriton was an Excellence in Mixed-Use Development finalist.
Located in the heart of Dee Why, this residential development consists of 4 buildings and 2 towers rising 17 storeys high. It comprises of 351 apartments, ample parking, and a large retail and commercial precinct. This precinct will include a Woolworths supermarket and other speciality stores, numerous restaurants and eateries, and a childcare facility.
Barker Ryan Stewart provided certification services for the staged strata subdivision of the site. This included the certification of the strata development contract and the strata certificates for the residential components of the four buildings that comprise the development.
