Development has begun on the prestigious Bonython Tower, a mixed residential and commercial development situated in the inner city of Gosford on the Central Coast.
Situated on Mann Street, the development offers a central location for businesses and includes a café and restaurant on the ground floor with commercial spaces available on the floors above. The upper floors include residential apartments of one to two bedrooms and finishing up with 2 penthouse suites.
Barker Ryan Stewart were required to provide expert traffic engineering services to negotiate suitable access and parking arrangements for Bonython Tower. This approach included the provision of vertical stack parking arrangements and the inclusion of a share vehicle for exclusive use of the residents.
The tower represents one of the first of its kind in Gosford city centre and Barker Ryan Stewart was engaged to provide development feasibility services. The development feasibility analysed construction costs, and estimated property sales to assist the John Singleton Group with determining the viability of the project.
