We embed sustainability, social responsibility and ethical practice across every project, measuring success in better outcomes for communities and the environment.

Our policies provide the framework for safe, ethical and consistent practice, ensuring our work meets industry standards and reflects the values that guide our business.

At BRS one of our founding principles is to ensure our team has a sense of purpose and takes pride in supporting our communities. We believe that both our personal and professional actions have significant impacts on the places we live, work, and play.

Our ESG actions and policies ensure responsible decision-making across planning, design, delivery and certification.

We integrate environmental stewardship, social value and strong governance to improve project outcomes and support long-term community benefit. We invite our partners and clients to join us in our mission to make a difference.

We also support our wider community through the work of amazing charities, such as the Far North Coast Women’s Cup named the BRS Cup, North West Disability Services, Cancer Council, The Mark Hughes Foundation, Push for Better Foundation, OzHarvest, Good Samaritans Foundation, Hope in a Suitcase, and Pink Ribbon Day – to name a few; as well as providing pro bono services for not-for-profit organisations.
