St George House in Kogarah has been well frequented by Barker Ryan Stewart’s project management team since Westpac Group engaged us for client-side project management services for major refurbishments of the existing metro site.
This has included overseeing the upgrades of an on-site child-care facility to increase the capacity from 40 to 75 children. The facility underwent three stages of works including renovating 700 square metres of landscape and playground space. We were also involved in the initial stages of the upgrades to the Premier Street entrance and shading to the expansive glass atrium.
Our project management team serviced the Westpac Group to facilitate the refurbishment of over 50 existing bathrooms, and to provide a drying room facility for gym users and cyclists. The refurbishments included upgrades to ceilings, joinery, replacement of fixtures and fittings, tile replacement and sustainability upgrades aimed at electricity and water usage, to bring the building up to current day standards. We were engaged to take the project from design to completion.
